- The App is intended for use by elementary school children. Children should use the App with the consent and support of a parent or guardian.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for appropriately managing how and how long their children use the App.
Article 3 (Purpose and Content of the App)
- The App is designed to help children develop an intuitive sense of mathematics through hands-on experiences. It does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes.
- The content, terminology, and presentation in the App may differ from what is taught at schools or other educational institutions.
- The App may unintentionally contain incorrect or inaccurate information. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of its content.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property)
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App and its content (images, text, programs, etc.) belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them beyond the scope of personal use.

- We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any learning outcomes or other results obtained through use of the App.
- We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
